I have been having fun going to ReStore, the Habitat for Humanity recycling store. I found this great tile , it is such a pretty gray with a great texture and a wavy edge. It seemed like the perfect choice for this saying. The tile is 12x12 and sells for $15.

Ellis Coy

On Wednesday my niece Katie (and Chuck) had a baby boy and named him Ellis Coy. It is so much fun to make a personalized gift for babies! Katie had always talked about being a pilot, but I don't think she made the height requirement, but I thought she might like the plane and helicopter.
Baby Ellis is as cute as cute can be! Katie's sister Jenny is having her baby today, so I will have more baby news soon!

Marilyn Monroe

I made this for my husband. She is about 14" wide x 19" tall. At first I was thinking he cold put her on the wall in his garage, but the walls are blue so she would look like a smurf. :O)

A friend of mine is having a Pumpkinfest at her farm on Sept 17th and is also having about 30 artist/crafters. She invited me to be part of it. This is one of the tiles that I made and will have at the sale. The sale will be 8 miles west of Shawano on Hwy 29, turn North on Cty Trk U, second place on left. Last year they had over 500 people attend. They are having things for kids to do,  pumpkins for sale, and the crafters/artists.
The tile is a 6x6 tile and is $7.50.

Everytime we have a family gathering and  we have people everywhere mom mentions the fact that she is responsible for this. Mom and dad had 8 kids, 17 grandkids, 12 going on 15 great grandkids.
